Apply to Be a Fall-O-Ween Vendor
2026 FARM FUN FALL-O-WEEN VENDORS
Thank You for considering to be a vendor at the EPIC Outreach Farm Fun Fall-O-Ween event. Your participation is voluntary, and we appreciate your support of the rescued animals that call the farm sanctuary home! The event is on October 24th, 2026 and begins at 11am and ends at 2pm. Vendors are expected to arrive between 9am and 10am and stay until the event is over. The space for you to park will be behind a fence and you must be parked before 10am due to logistics. Please be set-up and ready to engage visitors no later than 10:30am (visitors begin to arrive between 10:30 and 11am). Please complete the following info and return no later than October 1st.
We ask for a $25 donation for your vendor participation, and if you would like to provide a gift for our Silent Auction that would be wonderful. We appreciate your support by being a part of this amazing event!
******We ask that products be vegan or vegetarian in nature to respect the rescued animals that call the sanctuary home. NO BALLOONS are permitted*****

Please complete the digital waiver that can be found here: WAIVER OF RELEASE. Every person attending the event MUST complete the waiver!
VENDOR TERMS:
1. Each Vendor, Non-Profit and Participant should provide their own tent or canopy, table and chairs and any other necessary items required to complete your display.
2. All tents must be weighted. Tents cannot be staked into the ground.
3. Electricity is limited, please verify that it’s available if needed.
4. Vendors will be responsible for all money/change/credit needs.
5. Vendors are asked to help publicize the event by sharing the event with your social networks.
